RAB11A Antibody (71-5300) in WB
Western blot was performed using Anti-RAB11A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # 71-5300) and a 25 kDa band corresponding to Ras-related protein Rab-11A was observed across cell lines and tissue extract tested. Membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of A549 (Lane 1), MCF7 (Lane 2), HeLa (Lane 3), A-431 (Lane 4), U-2 OS (Lane 5), C2C12 (Lane 6), PC-12 (Lane 7), COS-7 (Lane 8) and tissue extract (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Kidney (Lane 9) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0342BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:20000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).
