ProSpore Ampoule are self-contained biological indicators for steam sterilization ideal for validating the sterilization of liquid loads, though they are also suitable for loads containing dry goods. Simply expose the unit to the sterilization process and incubate afterwards. They are validated for 48 hour reduced incubation.
- No activation is required
- Hermetically sealed, type I borosilicate ampoule
- Negative controls available (for 1 ml)
- Use with industrial steam sterilization processes between 118 – 135 °C
